Population Served
We are residential facilities licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services to provide behavioral health services to patients with serious mental illness (SMI), general mental health (GMH), and substance and alcohol abuse.
Wema Homes - We provide behavioral health services to patients between the age of 5 and less than 18 years.
Wema Health Services - We provide behavioral health services to adults 18yrs and above.

Our highly trained staff deliver the following services with the same level of care we expect to have for our own family members.
A) Counseling and therapy (group or individual): this includes mental health, substance abuse, symptom management, learning coping skills, impulse control, relapse prevention, anger management. Treatment plans are utilized to ensure counseling and therapy commensurate individual needs.
B) Skills training and development;
C) Behavioral health prevention/promotion education and medication training and support services including but not limited to:
D) Client will engage in activities outside the facility as scheduled by Wema Homes and client agrees to attend at client’s own comfort level and ability/desire. These outside the facility activities /services will include cultural, religious trauma informed care, peer support, religious cultural classes, and domestic violence classes.
1. To be admitted into the facility, an individual must:
- Wema Homes - Be between the age of 5 and less than 18 years.
- Wema Health Services - Be adults 18yrs and above.
i. An impairment in functioning as a result of a mental health diagnosis or a behavioral problem, AND/OR
ii. A need for services as determined by the individual or a guardian, a treatment team member, or court documentation.
2. The potential resident must be willing and able to form mutually agreeable treatment goals and objectives and work towards said treatment goals and objectives.
3. Any potential resident who actively presents as a danger to themselves or others will not be granted admittance into the facility. These individuals will be referred to a Crisis Team and/or local law enforcement.
4. The Administrator and/or Clinical Supervisor shall ensure that residents that are accepted for admission can be appropriately treated under the scope of services which Wema Homes LLC Support is licensed to provide.

Wema Homes support will coordinate with the resident’s clinical team and family supports to ensure ongoing care and treatment after discharge from the facility.
